"We lost our original home to a fire in 2011. Bluegrass was there from the destructing of the old house to the rebuilding of the new every step of the way. They offered ideas while in the process of building and had no problems when we added or deleted anything from the original plans. We loved their honesty with us. They were very patient with our thousands of questions as we were rebuilding. Our house burned down the end of September and we moved into the new home the middle of June. Their prices were reasonable and their work excellent.
It is now 2016, and we have had very minor problems compared to those of others we know that have built homes. They offer a one-year warranty which covers any problems. We are very happy with their work and would use them again.
We had them come back later and complete our garage which we love! Again, very pleased with their work and attitude."
